Manufactured parts are used in Chevy, Ford, Suzuki etc.

We manufacture and export a wide range of gear cutting tools and cutters which include Gear Hob, Cylindrical Cutters, Milling Cutters, Sprocket Hob, Worm Wheel Hob, Spline Hob and Serration Hob etc. Other types for gear cutting tools include Timing Belt Pulley Hob, Fixed Position Hob, Taper Hob, Screw broach, Bandsaw Hob etc.

We have a well developed infrastructure which comprises right from Specialized Software Design, state-of-the-art machines for manufacturing and production of gear cutting tools which are then exported to various countries. Our production facility comprises programmable CNC machines with multiple tool changers for faster production of gear cutting tools.

We have purchased and setup high end Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines which can be programmed in ‘C’ for automatic mode functioning. This ensures swift manufacturing of export quality gear cutting machines and hobs.
